Wow. That dermatologist seems like a f*****g idiot. Some people have such aggressive balding, that their hair will be gone by 30.

Not sure what you can do. In my country you can request a second opinion/to see a different dermatologist.

That seems absurd to me.

Such aggressive hairloss that their hair will be gone by 30... That's not overly aggressive. I know some guys who are norwood 6/7's at age 23-25. That's aggressive.
