Derma rolling

I have a derma roller to try combat the effects i get from rogaine, But i remember seeing people talking on here for it helping hairloss, Can anyone on here clarify how they use a derma roller for hairloss and if they've had any improved results

It doesn't necessarily help hair loss, but it can help to make topical treatments absorb a lot better. Talk to your doctor first before doing any kind of therapy like that.
