He has you rolling more with 0.25 mm, about 4 times a week, to help minoxidil soak in. He has twice a month with 1.0 or 0.75.
I know there is a 256 page thread here with a poster that was saying go 2.0 mm and get the blood coming out of "your pumpkin." Did he ever have any luck?
I wonder if anyone has opinions on the smaller needles of 0.25 mm more often to help minoxidil soak in. I currently have 0.5 mm and 1.5 mm which I am slowly using. I am not going for blood either.
