Derma Roller in seborrheic dermatitis?

Should I use derma roller when in seborrheic dermatitis?
(Or non-invasive exfoliation roller, such as jade roller? or neither?)

Would also like to know... Did only 2 sessions but head didnt like it. I could immagine it being contraproductive if your scalp is completely inflated afterwards
