Derma Roller 192 vs. 540 needles?

Hey guys, so I'm wanting to get on the Derma Roller train after all the hype I've read about it. I'm only 18 and at a NW2, but I've begun to thin on top of my scalp as well. Between the two, which should I go for?

This has been discussed already like a hundred times before...

The 540 needles can cover a larger area faster... but it can be difficult to get the needles all the way in... as this many neddles create a "bed of nails" kind of effect...

Also, while both dermarollers will tangle, pull, and rip apart some of your hairs... you would lose way more hair using the 540 needles...

So I would say... go with the 192 needles...

If you have short hair then sure, go for it... but if your hair is just a little longer it will be messy...

yep...the 540 count is harder to get penetration...I am diffuse with longer hair and it's a b**ch...ordered 192...that will be a lot better

THE 540 leaves tractor tires marks on your scalp... not cool

It's impossible to get good penetration with a 540, even pressing very hard. The 192 is the way to go.

the way a 192 roller work in wounding i believe is more its higher angle of each needle entering and exiting the skin than a 540 rollers needle.
