Derma Roller 1.5mm Advice For A Newbie

hi guys

So im going to purchase a derma roller at 1.5mm. Ive dine some reading on here and seems like ppl split between using it once week and some everyday.

Anyone here use it and what way/how often do you roll?

I was thinking of doing it eod.

Do i just roll for 2mins and then apply min or take break from min the day i roll?

You have to give it two weeks to heal. The whole point of wounding is to get the skin to produce growth factors when healing. You can use a smaller roller every day to increase absorption. You just need to roll it in every direction a few times. 5 to 10 minutrs on the whole scalp is plenty. I apply minoxidil immediately afterwards, but it burns like crazy for a few minutes. Most people wait an hour or until the next day. If you're going to do this makes sure to clean your head thoroughly, and sterilize the roller well before and after.
