Derm Itch/Pain

Going to the derm tonight about this itch all over which i think has really accelerated my hair loss. I noticed lst night if i push my scalp together its painful. This is really evident at the crown vertex wherte ive lost a considerable amount last 5 months.

When ive been to the derm and he hopefully tells me how to get rid of the itch should i buy some inflamil to get rid off this pain?
