Dinoprostone = PGE2. The problem with dinoprostone is that the concentration is predetermined. With the powder you are more flexible.

Bump, anyone tried pge2?

Due to price and source i've looked for alternatives. Ordered some Cytotec, misoprostol, and are planning to apply it topically. EP1r is expressed in hair folicle and the effect on tissue seem to be more anti inflammatory than E2, which is pro.

Misoprostol also has better kinetics.
