Dealing with hair loss; can this still be reversed?

Hello, I'm 31 years old. I just cut my hair today, I had rather long hair and I've been experiencing a really high amount of hair loss in the past few months. Around 500 on days when I wash my hair. I've been under a ton of stress and anxiety that doesn't seem to want to go away combined with dandruff or what appears to be seborrheic dermatitis. Since my scalp is very itchy.
Is it still possible to reverse this? What do you recommend? I'm not sure where to begin.
Please, I would appreciate some recommendations.

It really seems to be mostly at the crown. Could this be something like telogen effluvium made worse by dandruff/seborrheic dermatitis? I've been experiencing too much hair shedding these past months so maybe it's something more acute than standard male pattern baldness. Which doesn't seem to exist in my family at all as far as I've been told.
I can't see an specialist anytime soon.
Please, is there any product you could recommend me?
