0.1-0.3% Darolutamide
Solubility
DMSO Solubility: 80 mg/mL ref

7.5% RU58841
Solubility data
"Slightly soluble in water (0.44 mg/mL), freely soluble in ethanol (250 mg/mL)" ref
"Soluble in DMSO, 250mg/mL in ethanol" ref
Up to 22 mM in DMSO ref

5% Minoxidil
Solubility
Propylene glycol (75 mg/ml), 100% ethanol (29mg/ml), DMSO (6.5mg/ml) or water (2.2mg/ml). ref
"It has been found that Minoxidil is soluble in 1,3-propanediol as much as it is soluble in propylene glycol." ref

5% B3 (Niacinamide)
Solubility
Water soluble (100g/100ml), "freely soluble in water and ethanol".

2% Ketoconazole
Solubility
DMSO (20 mg/mL warm), ethanol (20 mg/mL warm), chloroform and methanol. Low water solubility (<1 mg/mL).

B6 (P5P)
Solubility:
Water: 5 mg/mL ref

2% Cu-GHK
Solubility
Water‎: ‎130.98 mg/mL ref

FINAL TEST COMPOSITION
Based on all this data and speculation, I think a good initial solvent composition would theoretically be:

40% ethanol
40% propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, or propranediol
10% water
10% DMSO

- Darolutamide should have no trouble with 10% DMSO
- RU should have no trouble with 40% ethanol
- Minoxidil should dissolve at around a max of 4.2% in this composition
- Niacinamide should dissolve easily in the water and ethanol

Actives could then be:

0.3% Darolutamide (3 mg/mL)
7.5% RU58841 (75 mg/mL)
3.5-4% Minoxidil (35-40 mg/mL)
5% Niacinamide (50 mg/mL)

Is there any way to make this without minoxidil and RU? I don't get the point of RU at all, it's just basically a weaker darolutamide

You can do whatever you want. I'm not gonna tell you what you can and can't do. You'll have to figure out what's right for you or not.

I use minoxidil because it's an effective growth stimulant that works well for me despite side effects. I will stop when i hit nw1.

I use RU with daro because there is no such thing as too much androgen blockade for hair follicles and I'd rather be safe than sorry. If for some reason my approximations of daro potency are off, then at least the combination with RU should still be highly effective. It's called hedging your bets. I also wanted to create the strongest topical hair loss formulation anyone had ever made, and that meant using both daro and RU in high doses together.

For reference, my more up to date formula i have been using as well as some discussion about whether or not any of this is a good idea is described here:
