I bought it from inhousepharmacy, I guess I should've done the conversion to US currency before submitting my credit card because that seems kinda high, no?

Never dealt with proscar but it doesnt seem too bad, considering you're essentially getting a 4 month supply. 1/4 proscar daily X 30 = 7.5 pills a month, right? I mean, obviously if you can find it for cheaper, get it elsewhere. But in my opinion that seems ok.

A lot cheaper then Propecia. 120 days of finasteride w/ proscar vs 50 days of finasteride w/ propecia. It's still a lot cheaper then Propecia. I would take Proscar but I dont want to change the way I get stuff. I already have trouble getting a new phac. for the Propecia because they dont see that I have hair loss but I'm only at a 1.5 or 2 very a 4 or 5 norwood.

Have your doctor write a prescription. While Propecia is not covered by insurance, Proscar is. You'll just have a co-pay to worry about.

FWIW my Doctor wrote me a script here in California for propecia, but not proscar, cuz if you try to get that stuff using your insurnace it sets off red flags like why does a 32 year old guy need medicine for prostate cancer? YMMV good luck

No red flags so far for me. I had a $40 co-pay, which is more than half the price of the Proscar without insurance. Plus I had a $20 co-pay at the doctor's office. The insurance company can shove their red flag.

Amen, my doctor got all nervous and almost stuttered when I asked him for Proscar, like I was asking him for f?!@?# heroin or something! I don't wanna run a game on my insurance, I just want the damn US brand Proscar and not have to worry about the foreign stuff, although the stuff i got now works fine. I'll have to ask again next time I go, maybe even ask for another Doctor. And I'll ask for Cialis while I'm at it ;-) hehe what the hell
