Damage To hair transplant From Sleeping? Or Over Worrying?

Hi guys, I'm currently 5 days out since my last hair transplant in turkey. This morning I woke up and I'd fallen asleep on my side. From viewing I can't see any difference on my head, but is it possible to do damage to grafts from falling asleep on your side? When are the grafts secure? Thanks in advance

5 days is totally fine, that's when you can actually start sleeping on your side (they recommend 5-7 to be extra sure)

Besides, the sleeping upwards is mainly for the swelling, if you sleep sideways it will move to one side of your face and you'll look ridiculous. In the end it doesn't matter though, the swelling will go away and the grafts are what counts.
