I understand most tapes we talk about here, if not all tapes, are intended for extended wear.
I'm interested in daily wear, so I remove my system at night, then re-attach w/ the same tape in the morning.
It works well, certainly, but I wonder if I'm putting too much stress on my piece by doing all this.
I wonder, more specifically, if daily wear will be harder on my system, or extended wear - which taxes the hair badly, I feel, while sleeping.
At any rate, I understand now there are tapes intended for 1-7 day use. They're less sticky, of course.
Should I even try one? I feel I'd get the same results if I just didn't alcohol wipe my head down prior to attachment...
