daily vs bi weekly

so i am thinking of starting finasteride, but at a lower dose. what do you think would be better>> 1 mg twice in a week or .25 mg daily.

i know the dosage thing has been debated a lot but it d nice if sm1 can shed some light regarding the efficacy between the above two regimes.

I'd go with .25 mg daily. That should lower your DHT to a constant level.
