In 2013 my girlfriend left me for another man at her job, we been together for 9years, lost my house and everything, at that time i was very fat and decided to get back in shape, light thinning nothing much.
I went from 240 pounds to 210 pounds in less then 2 months, good diet cardio weight training then i went to Cuba for 2 weeks.
When i came back i decided to do something with my hair, went online and bough some liquid dutastiride, arimidex and started using it twice per week with minoxidii. The weight slowly came creeping back on.
I have read on many forums that people starting finastiride or dutasteride can gain up to 20 pounds in a month, some lost the weight by taking DIM, arimidex aromasin and so on. But i seem to be stuck at 235 right now.
This week i have stared a semi low carb diet, i also have a 3 month supply of progesterone cream that i will apply to my hair will use minoxidil too once per day and alpicin shampoo everyday.
I would like to stop dutastiride for 3 months along with arimidex and see if my weight start to get back to normal. If i can get to 205.
I am older now 43 and also i want to lose weight because i would very much like to start martial arts in September there is a Kenpo school near my house and this art looks very interesting.
Any tough on cycling dutastiride ?
