$5 at your local walgreans. Once you practice, you'll cut them exactly every time in 2 seconds. I did some crappy cuts for the first week, but it does not matter much.

It shouldn´t be that much of a problem cutting Proscar with a sharp knife if u do it attentively. but no doubt, a pill cutter is better.

just get a straight edge razor..works fine
