Curious To Know: What Spiritual Beliefs And/or Practices Do You Follow?

We all know struggle in life - hair loss at the very least.

While many of you speak of redpill and blackpill and so forth, I’m wondering what you all believe in, turn to, practice, etc.? Do you consider yourself Christian? Some other faith? Atheist? Any thoughts you want to share about your inner life or spiritual outlook?

i'm an athiest, never seen anything supernatural, i think spiritual stuff is just a play on the mind. (like finasteride sides for a lot of people) just my opinion.

Agnostic. No religion, don't 100% believe in god but I'm open to the possibility of some kind of god or greater intelligence in the universe.
Used to be a complete athiest but I'm a bit more open minded about it these days.
