Hi
My crown frequently has a burning sensation which is then followed by me pulling out hairs from the back of my head as it relieves some of the irratating feeling i get there, i must of pulled 30+hairs from that area today.
It really bothers me and i dont know how to try stop it, im on finasteride and nizarol, dosent seem to help much.
Anyone know what will help to get rid of this??

Maybe try to get nizoral 2 if you're using nizoral 1 and maybe try head and shoulders shampoo. If its so bad, try taking aspirin or grinding it up and putting a little bit there. I've heard thats helped people alot. I hope any of this can be of some help.

I have severe ocd and i am compulsed to always look at my hairline, nearly everyday. When i part my hair i see little hairs on my scalp sometimes. But that is just normal hair growth. My mind wants me to hop on stronger medications. I lve been on finasteride for a year and 3 months, dutasteride for almsot 3 months and minoxidil for almost 3 months. But things have gotten a little worse. I pray its just a shed and ny hairline will get better by month 6 at least. So anyways the reason im telling you this is that compulsions are tough. I've gotten on prozac to help. Maybe you can try that and not feel the urge to pull out hair.
