I had/have a huge lack of vitamin D, taking some pills to restore it (and sunlight).
I researched vitamin D and hair loss, seems like it has a role in it.
Vitamin D is actually a hormone ? The hormone turns sunlight etc into a vitaminD...
Im not sure how reliable the information is of what i read, but several places do say
Vitamin D is good for hair.
I have stronger hair lately, maybe its finasteride or vitamin D correction, but i'm not quitting either to find out.
