Crown / Back of head balding? Attached wet hair pictures

Hi all

Attached some wet hair pictures because I feel like my crown area is balding? Although I could be wrong.

I'm posting wet pics because I read on a thread that wet pics show baldness or something? If I'm wrong I can post pics of dry hair.

Any views would be appreciated.

EDIT - Also wanted to add I'm 25 years old and I have no frontal recession of my hairline.

Thanks. Before I jump on any medication, can I ask why you think it's balding, as I'm new to hair loss and its pictures etc.

Can I also ask if you have a picture of a wet crown that isn't balding so I can compare?

Ok. Can I ask if it's possible that my hair has always been like this? Because those around me have said my hair is fine.

I'm just worried that I'll be starting to take finestride even though I may not be balding.

Trust me my friend, if you're seeking advice while you're still in the denial phase, you're ahead of the game. Get on finasteride as soon as you can. Don't be second guessing yourself, don't be convincing yourself everything is fine, just get on finasteride.

This is all confusing, I know. You're losing your hair, you have male pattern baldness. Don't stress too much about it though, because it seems like most of your loss is concentrated at your crown. This is the easiest part of the scalp to treat and you will have great success if you act NOW.

Thanks. I've just seen a specialist and they have said I have some slight thinning, however they also said they couldn't see any signs of male pattern baldness.

I'm really confused now, the person I saw is quite famous and advises celebrities and even works for quite a big medical company.

Furthermore, a quick question about finasteride. If I take finasteride, I've heard that you get intense shedding. I'm worried as I don't shed any hairs, only like 10/20 hairs when I wash my hair. Could my hairline recede or something if i'm on finasteride, even thought it hasn't receded at all?

When my crown is dry, I can't see any thinning either - I've attached some pictures of the next morning, under direct light and sunlight, which show how greasy my hair gets too.

Please let me know what you think.
