Critic My Hairloss Prevention Regieme

Hi guys, could do with some advice and clarity.

I used fina in the past but had sexual sides so stopped it. Also use nizarol once a week

1 year ago i started using minoxidil 5% twice a day with nizarol 1x a week.
A month ago not only did i realise i was losing hair on the crown of my head but my entire head was thinning, just seem to come out of nowhere!
I consider this my last hurrah before i give in.
2 weeks ago i started
topical finasteride 0.25ml 2x a day
Minoxidil 5% 2x a day
Microneedling 1.5mm 1x a week
Microneedling 0.5mm 2x a week
nizarol 1x a week

Since i started my new aggressive regime i have taken a photo of my head once a week. i am currently into my second week.

Any comments or advice?

As far as I am aware, evidence for anything other than Minoxidil, Nizoral, and Finasteride as effective hair loss prevention treatments is slim, at best.

So, if you're comfortable with taking the time and money to do those extra things, power to you.
