It is combed forwards. Who knows what the hairline looks like. Could be a wig. And he has an ugly face.

yeah the face is a mess but his hair is awesome...

I prefer a buzz cut with 1/2 inch on the side faded up to 1 inch, and then 1.5 inches on top, with it standing up in front to expose all the hairline. I'm sure women look at his hair and think he has potential, but most agree that shorter hair looks better. Long hair may look more relaxed, but it is like going around unshaved. Some find it relaxed and masculine, but fact is you don't want to do that on a date.
