Crew vs Alterna, the better product?

1)Crew has copper further up the ingredient list, but Alterna uses liposome delivery.

2) Alterna actually has an indredient listed as "Superoxide Dismutase" and Crew does not. Isnt that what we are really looking for with regards to fighting inflamation?

3) Alterna also has zinc and Crew does not.

4) Alterna has azelaic acid and Crew has SawPalmetto. Neither of these have been proven in in-vivo to grow hair, so they are both a toss up.

Which of these 2 do you guys think is better?

Or is Proxiphen-n (Dr Proctors re-growth) better than both of these?
