Creating Topical Niacin Solution To Apply With Minoxidil

I am not the most knowledgeable on mixing topical solutions.

Could anyone tell me the easiest way to mix my niacin powder into a topical solution? I would like to apply this in conjunction with my minoxidil.

I was curious if it would be as simple as mixing it in with my dose of Rogain before I apply it.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
