Which delievery system (cream or solution) would provide localized delivery of a drug (ex. spironolactone) I really want to get back on topical spironolactone, but it gives sides like crazy. I've used the 5% solution only, I'm getting curious about making my own batch, a really weak batch using a cream. Do you think this may change the systemic absorption at all? What about using liposome lotion? Ideas about this?
