I have always had naturally thin, straight hair, along with being very blonde. So I noticed my whorl was sunburnt the other day after my hat was pulling my hair one direction. It got me looking at my crown and paranoid. The cowlick has always been there but I've never actually looked into it. I think I'm just paranoid, but now that the thought is in my head any hair I find in comb or shake out after the shower freaks me out. I really hope this is just in my head. My father has lost a significant amount of hair, but his father has much more hair at 80 than he does. And my maternal side is good, I even resemble my mother's hair style and color which gives me hope. Thanks

you dont have naturally thin hair. its decent-average density

keep an eye on it. I am not sure to be honest.... Just monitor your crown every so often.

In the pictures where you may be questioning it, I had been wearing a hat for most of the day. Not sure if that matters but it always looks fine after I shower and dry.

These were taken today, where I had not worn a hat virtually at all. Again don't know if that makes a difference but to me, this looks fine. But I am freaking myself out over this.
