Couple of tiny hairs appear on my hand when applying Rogaine

I've been using the liquid version of Rogaine and taking Finpecia since about early March. Lately, I want to say within the last 2-3 weeks, I've been noticing a couple of very small hairs coming up on my head whenever I apply the Rogaine.

I've used Rogaine in the past and have never seen this happen. I've stopped shedding hairs elsewhere on my head. So I'm not sure if it's just remnants of the old hair being pushed out or if I'm losing the hairs trying to grow in.

Can anyone shed some light on what might possibly be happening?

Where on your hand is the hair growing? Either way, i wouldn't say there's anything to worry about. Just pluck them out.

Actually your title and post don't match so no idea what you're actually asking.

Post: couple of very small hairs coming up on my head

Are you saying:
a. hair is growing on your hands
b. hair is growing on your head
c. hair is coming off your head onto your hands

?

Either way if you're talking a couple of tiny hairs, frankly who cares, none of these are remotely important, all are totally to be expected.
