I know that you arent supposed to do it, because it just increases stress and anxiety. But i garentee that over 70% of people here do it, even the ones that tell other people not to.. I do, its a bad habbit, like popping pimples or starting to floss.. But it doesnt make me as depressed as it used to because i know that im on a medically proven treatment now
