As we've all probably heard at one stage in our hair loss journey, turmeric is used in India to stop the growth of body hair. As far as I understand there's no real evidence of the hair thing, it's entirely anecdotal. One feature of tumeric is that it is an anti inflammatory (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK92752/). One feature of hair growth which has been suggested a few times is that it may require a particular type of inflammation. So I was wondering whether you guys thought it might be reasonable to hypothesis that tumeric might inhibit the particular for of inflammation required for hairloss. Particularly since this (and I know this makes the causation a bit circular) means we could use it in order to identify this special hair growth inflammation.

I have been consuming it for about a year ~ 1 tablespoon a day. It actually coincided with my hairloss.
I even began using it before I realised I am balding ;)
