Could This Be Regrowth ? (with Usb Microscope Pics)

Hi all,

I've just bought a usb microscope you can find for 20 euros or so on Aliexpress and I'm using it to monitor my scalp.

Is this regrowth of terminal hairs or just velus hair ?
