Could nizoral show results in a week?

I stopped using nizoral a long time ago and due to a tragedy with a close friend passing away last fall I neglected my minoxidil and finasteride.

I took a photo of my crown on thanksgiving and had lost a lot of ground so I started religiously using my finasteride and minoxidil again. Fast forward to last Monday: I took a photo with zero improvement so decided to add nizoral again. Took photos today: almost a week after starting nizoral again, and it's looking a lot better. Could be in my head or my hair.may just be thicker today with my shampoo.

What do you think? Does it look as if my density is returning? Could it work that fast?

Nizoral alone won't show results in 10 years.

nizoral can show results in one day because when you apply it it fluffs up your hair and makes it look thicker

but other than that never

It's not being used alone. I just started again a week ago. Today was a normal shampoo day so the thickness couldn't be attributed to that.
