I am NOT trying to be funny, I am serious. I have been told by every girl that I, fortunately, have a big penis. No, not John Holmes big, but I have nothing to complain about (other than "dressing" to the left).
So, I started thinking, my mother once caught me with my girlfriend, and just last year my dad visited me, and told me after a bit of drinking that I didn't ihherit it from him. He has black hair, I have brown, and he is balding, receded 5-6 inches from hairline at age 51, but didn't start thinning until age 35. I am 28 and started thinning diffusely, mostly in anterior region.
I also am pretty smart, with an engineering degree and minor in languages, and the only one in my family to ever go to college. I heard that testosterone and IQ are linked.
I am wondering if any sort of "extra" testosterone makes you lose more hair, or lose it faster.
I know, that "dht-receptive" follicles die with male pattern baldness, but more testosterone could = more dht.
Your thoughts? I am wondering if any of you who are balding faster or more than anybody else on either side of your family have features that suggest a higher level of testosterone.
