Yes, I took 1,5 mg for ten days (supposedly you reach more rapidly more inhibition of dht). Now I'm taking 0,5 and will continue on this dose.

IIRC they studied finasteride as an acne treatment, but results were really poor. However, dutasteride might work slightly better against acne since it inhibits type-1 as well that is found in the skin, unlike type-2.
