Cortisone For Hair Loss? Does It Work?

Hi,

I just came across this website (http://www.stylecraze.com/articles/effective-medicines-for-hair-growth/#gref) which lists cortisone injections directly onto the scalp for hair growth! It also states that it can be taken in the form of pills or topically.

Anyone tried the injections, pills or application topically with any success or are there any reports / studies showing success?

We know that hair loss is an inflammatory process so cortisone may help with this, but I do not think too much cortisol is good for hair growth.
