It doesnt make sense to me. Why would cortisol speed up hairloss when you still receed in the same damn pattern. I would suspect it has nothing to do with it.

Wow good question. I also have elevated blood cortisol and always wondered the connection. But from what I understand when the adrenals are in overdrive cranking out extra cortisol, they also are cranking out DHEA and testosterone, thus stress can cause hair loss. I dont know if my cort is elevated due to chronic scalp pain or if its adrenal. Good ways to lower it are bcomplex vitamins, Magnolia bark, Beta sistosterol and lots of rest

Cortisol lowers testosterone and growth hormone. Where did you hear it raises it? :roll:
