copper peptides shampoo or solution?

i use nizerol shampoo ed and minoxidil.

I wanted to encorperate copper peptides but i was curious what to use. the solution or should i use shampoo

i was thinking of using the american crew shampoo but some suggest the solution? whats the diffference. thanks.

or should i be using something else.

is the copper peptides a waste of money?, i found some on ebay.
