Copper Peptide

Copper Peptide works due to the anti inflammatory properties, but it can be a problem if your scalp is dry in the first place due to the addition ingredient which is Azelaic Acid which exfoliate your scalp skin. It is suitable for people who have oily scalp though. I don't trust the Folligen brand though. I use the brand Ballvic which is made in Korea. My hair specialist wanted me to use it even though my hair loss was due to accutane and not male pattern baldness. She believes it would help anyway.

I thought I would remind everyone of this:

United States Patent 5,470,876
Proctor Nov. 28, 1995

Topical sod for treating hair loss

Inventors: Proctor; Peter H.

Abstract
SOD for treating hair loss is disclosed. The SOD has utility in a topical pharmaceutical formulation for the cosmetic treatment of hair loss and the cosmetic stimulation of hair growth. The SOD comprises copper salicylate, copper aspirinate, indomethacin-copper, or a complex of an amino acid or peptide and a transition metal.

Any questions?

Dr. Proctor

With all the science behind SODs, why aren't they more widely used do you think?

If you look at all the success stories here, they are mostly the same: Propecia, Minoxidil, and Nizoral. There are very few reports of usage and/or success with treatments like Prox-N, Tricomin, or Folligen when it comes to hair growth.

It's not forum members you need to remind of your patent, it's the other companies making SOD products which infringe your patent.

but What about Today said:
and people seem to also use your patent that you have for Spin Trap-C

What's really funny about that site is that they call their product "Spin Trap", but all it has is vitamins C and E. There's no PBN in it, no TEMPO/TEMPOL. Now is that chutzpah, or what? :)
