I use a Min New York hair product that has this in and it's also in their shampoo.
I've never seen the Y3 tag added onto any other product and wondered if anyone knows what it means or even if copper peptides do anything. I use it to slick my hair back and it goes on the roots on my hairline. Not sure if it does anything as I take propecia.
