Either not genetically predisposed for male pattern baldness, or a good responder to some kind of anti-dht treatment would be my guess.

Probably the former. Some men just never lose their hair no matter how much DHT. It's all about the androgen receptors.

Although this does beg the question, how did Arnold have a seemingly full head of hair during his steroid, Pumping Iron days in the 70's, when there was no such thing as finasteride, yet now he has a receding hairline?
