I read your comments about Dr. Rose and he's right regarding the clinical trials being tested in the mid-scalp and crown. I however have noticed additional loss in my frontal zone since being on Propecia. In fact I'm hoping to have one last procedure to add just a little more density in the front. My mid-scalp and crown has been pretty stable for the past nine years since I have been on finasteride.

BTW, Dr. Rose is very genuine and ethical. He does not always recommend surgery especially when male pattern baldness is in its very early stages. The earlier one can get started with a good regimen, the more potential they can have to minimize their hairloss.
