Continue With 10% Minoxidil Cream Or Finasteride?

Hi guys

Can anyone relate to my situation
I first started using Finasteride with 5% minoxidil 2 years ago and saw excellent results within 3 months. However, after 3 months I stopped using finasteride because of side effects. I did continued on with the Minoxidil for a year and half and saw good results. After that period I saw a slowdown in hair regrowth and decided to use the belgravia centres 10% minoxidil cream at night and the 5% minoxidil in the morning for 6 months. This new regime worked really well for me. Although I did not suffer any side effects I did not feel comfortable with the 10% cream and decided to go back to using 5% minoxidil and finsateride again.


I have been using finasteride with minoxidil for 4 months now with no side effects. However, since coming off the 10% minoxidil cream my front hair line has suffered really bad and continues to deteriorate. Plus my hair has become really thin.

Has anyone ever used the belgravia centres 10% minoxidil cream and then stopped using it? what did you after that?

Not the Belgravia cream but I did use 15% minoxidil and it gave me a crazy shed. Like: crazy.
Why did you modify your routine if it was working well for you? That is a big mistake.

I came off the 10% cream because i thought i was experiencing some negative side effects with it. for example, I started to realise i had dark black eyes all the time. plus my face colour looked dark and dead. it wasn't causing me pain in any way but I had read some other people experienced this as well. I have to admit my hair was thin whilst on 10% cream but I had a lot of hair. plus my front hair line was good.

Ive been on finasteride with Minoxidil for 4 months now and not sure if I should continue or go back to 10% cream?
