Hello all,

To start, this is my situation

25 years old
Crown is no problem
Hairline receding slowly
Temples receding fast
Just reached the point where covering up doesn't work any more

Regimen
9 months Minoxidil 5% (2 times a day)
9 months Biotin
2 months Finasteride 1 mg (shedding seems to have started)
2 months Both Regenepure Shampoos 3 times a week
2 months stopped smoking
2 months regular exercise
2 months eating more healthy

Question

I have read somewhere that most of the DHT that needs to be blocked is in your body at night. So i started to take Finasteride before going to bed. However i am still studying and therefor i still drink a lot on some evenings. Making me forget taking the finasteride or i take it very late.

Is it better to take it in the morning, but be consistent than in the evening but being less consistent. (i do take it in the morning when i forgot it in the evening)?

Is there something vital missing in my regimen? It's d-day time now. I need to get this right.

A lot of success stories people take it in the morning. IMHO consistency is more imprtant than time no doubt. And unless you read that thing in peer reviewed paper published in a journal it certainly doesnt make any difference.
