Considering Transplant On Temples, Few Questions

I have high temples since I was a teenager (according to my mum, I have high temples since I was a kid). Now I have noticeable less hair on top which makes it hard to cover my high temples. I'm on big 3 (1mg F for 5 months, 1ml M only on hairline for 1 year), and I heard big 3 do not have big effect on temples, so I'm considering transplant.

I got few questions:
1. How to find a good clinic? I live in New Jersey, if you know any good clinic, please let me konw.
2. What's the cost? Please refer to my pics.
3. Any risk of this surgery? Here is a list of what I am worrying about:
a. most of the transplanted follicles did not survive
b. transplant is a success, but later the original hairline recedes but the translated part does not
c. any chance the machine is not fully sterilized? chance to get HIV or other serious infection?

Here are some pic of me, does it look like male pattern baldness? I noticed hairloss in late 2012. I reviewed my old pic, even in May 2012, I have fringe cover my forehead, and I permed my hair in June. When I cut my hair in December, I found my fringe is not able to cover my forehead. But my hairloss is not getting worse since then or at least not significant to me.

wait until you're SURE finasteride is working for you. At least a year. If it doesn't work, then a transplant is not a good idea, as you are already thinning in the midscalp and crown as well.

Your concerns all are very valid. You DO NOT... I repeat DO NOT want to get a transplant unless you're SURE you are maintaining the rest of your hair. Wait it out.

Yeah NW3, definitely male pattern baldness, relatively advanced frontal hair loss, the crown and mid section looks good though. If you can maintain on finasteride then a hair transplant can sort that out no problem.
