Title says it all. I'm thinking of taking the plunge. I'm looking for a reliable, preferably cheap UK vendor. I've found DrFox which sells finasteride for a much lower price than Lloyd's Pharmacy or Superdrug - like £15 vs £25 for one month. Can anyone vouch for DrFox?
I asked this on another thread, but I'll ask here too. How long do side effects take to manifest? We talking a week? A month? Do some people experience side effects and then have those sides disappear? Is it a good idea to take a reduced dosage initially? Like 1 tablet every two days, or half a tablet, or something like that? I've read the shed lasts a long time, but is relatively minor - I'm hoping this is true.
I'm still debating using finasteride - I know now how important it is if you actually want to keep your hair. It's a big decision to make, though, and I need all the information I can get before I decide.
