I will post some pics tomorrow morning (I'm in the UK) but I just had a few questions.
I'm not sure what Norwood I am, but it's late stage. Extreme thinning on the crown and at the front and the stretch of hair between the two. When I get out the shower, dry my hair and pull the front of my hair up you can basically see my whole scalp. It's late, I didn't think there was much I could do besides a hair transplant, and I'm 22 so I don't want to do that yet.
Right now I use concealer which is absolutely amazing. But I'm looking for something long term. I've heard some medicine makes you shed. How bad is it? And how long does it last? My hair looks halfway decent with concealer but if I lose more it will look terrible. Is there a chance I could shed and it won't regrow?
Should I get some rogaine (regaine in the UK) and start applying this? Will it make a difference if I don't pair it with finasteride/Min? (I think Rogaine IS finasteride/Min, but I'm a bit confused).
I understand my hair is going to fall out anyway, but I thought I'd try doing something over the next 12 months to salvage what I have.
