conditioner for oily scalps?

if you wake up every morning with an oily scalp, should you use conditioner at all?

im on finasteride, use nizoral 1x a week, and blowdry my hair from time to time. after i shower, blowdry, my hair is a tad dry, but it oils up on its own and its oily by morning.

do i need to use a conditioner?

is dry hair bad? like i said i have oily skin/scalp and in the morning my hair is oily.

but after a shower and after nizoral days, my hair is dry. i also have fine hair, so dry feels thicker.

thus is it good for someone with oily hair to keep it dry with nizoral and non use of conditoner? also does dry hair/scalp lead to the scalp itch/tingly feeling? or does that occur in balding areas regardless?

I would think that dry hair would be better than oily hair. When my hair gets oily, it looks thinner.

My doctor said that oily scalp cause to hair loss. You should prevent it.

Low dose accutane really helps. As far as i know, spironolactone really helps too.
