Hi everyone, have been on Nizoral for about two weeks now, once every 3 days. Mostly good results, but time before last I got an itchy scalp and dandruff, which I never get usually.
Used it last night and my hair came out looking thin and fried, and today I noticed a small chunk of hair at the front had thinned out significantly. It was no different to the rest of the front the day before, so it's hard not to look at the Nizoral. Before using Nizoral my loss has been pretty gradual, no itchiness or anything as visibly obvious as that.
Any idea what's going on? I read a thread that says Nizoral can cause shedding followed by healthier regrowth, or that it can accelerate the loss of unhealthy hair already close to being lost. Not sure what to believe... any ideas?
