From reading around here I learned that taking dutasteride or finasteride on an empty stomach increases its absorpion by 10 to 15%.... so I decided to take my dutasteride first thing in the morning before breakfast, but my stomach gets irritated that way and feels quite painful for about 10 minutes ..
So I was wondering If that stomach irritation will actually harm the absorption somehow and it would be better to take it after a meal?
Sorry for the rather naive question but I just want to make sure to maximize absorption.
