Concealing head at work

Having hair transplant in 3 weeks. Any ideas about concealing and protecting head without injuring grafts. I'm an auto mechanic and I have to go back to work 1 week after surgery or I will get fired. All day long I'm in situations where I could easily bump my head. I have ordered a soft baseball hat style "bump cap" and I will probably wear a silk or cotton "du-rag" under that.

Any other ideas or suggestions geatly appreciated.

Not only could you bump your head but you can also put a lot of stress on the back of your neck making your scar stretch. If I were you I would take a good 2 weeks off of work or just don't get the hair transplant.
