Pictures aren't really similar so it's hard to say.

What treatments are you on?

right now Im on only 5% minoxidil - 2x daily

About to add spironolactone and maybe some other things... not exactly sure yet.

At 19 I dont wanna start on anything besides topicals unless its necessary.
